  Production: I use Water-based HP Inks. All prints do not require special ventilation. 
The inks are no hazard warning labels, no HAPs, and nickel-free. 
HP Inks are UL ECOLOGO and GREENGUARD Children & Schools Certified. 
Prints meet AgBB criteria and are rated A+ according to Émissions dans l’air intérieur.

  Shipment:
I’m shipping worldwide from Italy by regular post (Economy International Shipping)
Pictures of all formats are shipped without frames in hard carton tubes.

  Shipment costs:
I offer FREE Shipping for orders that exceed 2 items.
For orders less than 3 items I apply € 19 for "International Economy Shipment" 
For Italian domestic orders less than 3 items I apply € 9 for "Italy Economy Shipment"

  Estimated shipping:
Canada: 1-3 weeks
United Kingdom: 5-9 business days
United States: 1-3 weeks
Europe: 4-8 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-4 weeks
Asia Pacific: 1-2 weeks

I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

  Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

  Damaged Items:
All of the artworks are professionally packed with great care, but the shipping is not under my control and accidents may happen.
When you get your parcel and if you have a doubt, that maybe have a damage, please open it in the Post Office (or in front of the courier guy) to check, BEFORE sign it.
If it's damaged, DON'T take it! It is the responsibility of the Post Office to return the item back to us and please contact us immediately.
